Key lime pie has always been my husband’s favorite dessert but personally, it never used to be something I got excited about. I’m more of a double fudge brownie and ice cream person. BUT! I’ve changed. I think having kids changed my taste buds a little. Key lime pie has become one of my favorite desserts and this is my go-to recipe. It is pretty simple to make and turns out amazing every time. It’s the perfect summertime dessert to eat on the back deck after dinner, complete with good conversation and a dollop of whipped cream. It’s also the perfect thing to bring to a potluck or cookout. Enjoy!
